Arezki Djadour focuses on M&A and corporate transactions. He also assists foreign groups notably big players of the pharmaceutical and medical equipment sectors on business law and regulatory matters.

Arezki has a strong practice in Algeria since he started in 2006 by joining a major French law firm (GIDE). He then joinded  DLA Piper in Paris. He founded the Algiers office of DLA Piper Africa in Algiers. He specialized in corporate and finance projects, most notably for industry players. He also intervened in procurement contracts and litigation matters.

Arezki has also occupied the functions of in-house legal manager. He was notably the Legal Affairs Manager of one of the biggest French Farmers’ Cooperative (2008-2011), specializing in the agri-business and leader in European malt products, milling and animal nutrition markets.
